Value and Integrity

The OEIG is creditworthy for ensuring and maintaining integrity in state government, please explain what integrity substance to you and how your skills and/or experiences will help this office achieve its mission. Please cast up the statement to your application.Merriam-Webster dictionary defines integrity as, firm adherence to a mark of especially moral or artistic values incorruptibility the quality or state of organism complete or undivided. Although this is correct this isnt exactly the complete meaning of this give voice. For every situation, every job, and every position this word integrity is defined differently. The position at which I am applying for is an administrative Assistant, with this comes great responsibility, handling and having access to sensitive information any kittydidate must possess some level of morals and values.In my previous positions as a bank teller Ive come in fit with highly valuable information from social security numbers to eternal financia l details not to mention large amounts of money. And I can attest to the fact that none of that irreplaceable information was ever mishandled or compromised, not just because it was my job or duty but stunned of respect not barely for myself but for those that would be shanghaied. If there isnt one thing Ive learned so far in life, Ive learned that every decision made has a monopoly affect whether the outcome is good or bad. Integrity is having the ability to be selfless, being confident in yourself that you can make decisions that will not only affect you but staff, the company brand and customers.
